Campus Protocols & Expectations

Please take a moment to review our Campus Standard Response Protocols.

It is important for you to know the terms we will use and be familiar with the expectations should you visit campus during a drill or incident.

Campus Entry: Call the front office to have the gate activated. Always sign-in at the front office. Before exiting campus, sign-out with the office and ask for the gate to be activated.

-Please set up appointments for important conversations between teachers or administration so we may give your needs our full attention. We appreciate your grace.

Car Line Etiquette: Please keep the line moving forward and refrain from conversations with staff. Your messages are important and deserve full attention while we respect the time of others.

Please stay off your phone and remain alert for children walking to cars.

Moring Drop off: Begins at 7:50. Students should be in class by 8 am. Car greeters will direct students to see Ms. Ada at 8:00 as they exit the car for a tardy slip. This is to account to the state for our school minutes.

Dismissal: Begins at 4 pm. Parents my form a line in their cars or walk to the walking gate to have their students called. The 6th street entry gate shuts around 4:15. Friday Dismissal begins at 12:30. Cars may enter through the Booty street gate for pick-up or after care. Aftercare Phone: 361-413-1752
