Part-Time SPED Teacher

The SPED teacher provides Special Education services in a Montessori setting in grades 1st-8th. They work with teachers to provide support for students that qualify for services. The teacher must collaborate well with lead teachers, other support staff, and parents to discuss progress and observations. Must be willing to embrace the Montessori philosophy with respect for the child. This position is for the 2023-2024 school year and will remain open until filled.  Submit application for professional.

4th-6th Montessori Teacher

Multi-aged group setting (Grade 4th-6th) with a total of 26-28 students. The teacher will be responsible for co-teaching with another teacher, covering Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Science, History, and ELA following the TEKS. The ideal teacher will feel comfortable working and building relationships with pre-adolescent and elementary students in a flexible learning environment. They will be willing to spend time outdoors with students for academic and play/team building purposes. This position is for the 2024-2025 school year and will remain open until filled.
